Invisible Characters

Click Copy on the character you want, then paste it on WhatsApp, Instagram, or as a game name.

Blank Text Generator

Create blank text with the length you need.

Tip: for Free Fire, Mobile Legends, or PUBG names, use Hangul Filler — the least likely to be rejected by games.

An invisible character is a real Unicode character that looks blank on screen but still counts as text. With the tool above you can copy these characters in one click — free, no app install needed — and paste them into WhatsApp, Instagram, or game names like Fortnite, Free Fire, and PUBG.

What Is Invisible Text?

Unicode includes characters designed to be invisible: the zero-width space, Hangul Filler, and Braille blank. They were created for technical typesetting needs, but today they’re popular for creating blank text — empty-looking messages, spaced-out Instagram bios, and invisible gaming nicknames. Each character still has a code point, so apps count or process it even though you can’t see it.

The most famous example is U+3164 Hangul Filler — a Korean character that renders as empty space. It’s what millions of people use to send blank WhatsApp messages or format tidy Instagram bios.

How to Copy Invisible Characters

  1. Open the Invisible Character tool.
  2. Find the character you need in the list and click Copy — it goes straight to your clipboard.
  3. Open your target app (WhatsApp, Instagram, Fortnite…) and paste it like normal text (Ctrl+V, Cmd+V, or long-press on mobile).
  4. Need a long blank string? Use the Blank Text Generator: pick a character type, set the length (up to 5,000), click Generate Blank Text, then Copy Result.

Pro tip: test one character in the destination app first. Every app handles Unicode differently — once you know a character works there, generate the full length.

Invisible Characters and Their Uses

Character Unicode Best For
Hangul Filler U+3164 Blank text on WhatsApp/Instagram, game names — most compatible
Braille Blank U+2800 A slightly wider blank-text alternative
Zero Width Space U+200B Truly invisible separator between words
Zero Width Non-Joiner U+200C Zero-width separator between characters
Zero Width Joiner U+200D Joins emoji into one (e.g. family emoji)
Word Joiner U+2060 Prevents line breaks between words
No-Break Space U+00A0 Space that never breaks across lines

Popular Uses

Because these characters are real text, they work anywhere text input is accepted — messaging apps, social bios, game launchers, and even form fields that reject ordinary spaces.

1. Blank Messages on WhatsApp

Copy Hangul Filler, paste it into the chat box, hit send — the message goes through with no visible text. Great for pranking friends or sending a “thinking of you” nudge.

2. Clean Instagram Bios and Captions

Instagram strips ordinary empty lines. Paste an invisible character on the empty line to keep your bio and captions spaced exactly how you designed them.

3. Invisible Game Names

Fortnite, Free Fire, PUBG, and Mobile Legends players use Hangul Filler to make their display names appear blank — mysterious and hard for opponents to forget. If one character gets rejected, try Braille Blank.

4. Unique Usernames

Add a zero-width space inside a username to make it technically different while looking identical — handy when your favorite name is already taken.

Which Invisible Character Should You Choose?

There is no single best character for every situation:

  • Want visible blank spacing (empty lines, blank messages)? Use Hangul Filler (U+3164) — the most widely accepted.
  • Want truly invisible text (hidden separators, stealth formatting)? Use Zero Width Space (U+200B).
  • App rejected your character? Try another one — filters vary by platform and get updated over time.

Is It Safe?

Yes. These are standard Unicode characters, not hacks or malware. Two caveats: (1) some platforms update their filters and may reject certain characters — just try a different one; (2) don’t use them deceptively, e.g. hiding text in official documents.

FAQ

What is invisible text?
A string made from Unicode characters that look blank on screen. Each character still has a code point, so software may count or process it even when you can’t see it.

Is invisible text the same as a normal space?
No. A normal space has its own code point and word-spacing behavior. Other invisible characters have different identities, so an app may keep, trim, count, or reject them differently.

How do I copy invisible text?
Click Copy next to any character on the Invisible Character tool, then paste it into your app.

Why didn’t the copy button work?
Your browser or device may have blocked clipboard access. The generated text stays in the output box — select it and copy it manually with your device’s copy command.

Does invisible text work in every app?
No. Each app decides which Unicode characters it accepts, removes, or alters. Test one character in the destination first.

Is the text I generate uploaded anywhere?
No. Generation runs entirely in your browser — nothing you copy or generate is sent to or stored on any server.
